J&E's resources encompass news, information on the Aarhus Convention and projects, to help to prompt action.  It publishes recommendations for the implementation of EU directives, statements on the amendment of regulation, needs analyses, case studies, assessments of the impacts on climatic factors, and guidance.

The Visegrad 4 Aarhus Center provides the latest information on the Aarhus Convention – the UNECE Convention on Access to Information, Public Participation in Decision-making and Access to Justice in Environmental Matters.

Together with ClientEarth, J&E is carrying out the EU “Education and Awareness Raising of Legal Professionals on Access to Justice” program in seven EU countries.
