Hilton Worldwide Holdings is an American multinational hospitality company that manages and franchises a global network of hotels and resorts.  Headquartered in Tysons Corner, Virginia, the hotel chain has a portfolio of more than 6,400 properties in 119 countries and territories under 18 brands across different market segments.

Many properties are run under its flagship Hilton brand while others are operated under other names.  Around 11% of the rooms branded under Hilton are managed and 87% franchised to independent operators and companies.
