InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) is a British multinational hospitality company headquartered in Denham, Buckinghamshire, England. IHG has hotels across nearly 100 countries operated under one of the many IHG brands.
Around 80% of IHG hotels are operated under franchise agreements and, except for a few directly owned, nearly all the rest are managed but separately owned. Luxury, upscale and mainstay are the tiers IHG uses for its properties.
