C-ROADS

The C-ROADS (Climate Rapid Overview and Decision Support) simulator in various languages helps communicate the long-term climate impacts of national and regional greenhouse gas (GHG) emission reductions at the global level.

C-ROADS allows people to play the roles of UN climate negotiators working to create an agreement to limit global warming.  Through rapid-cycle-time simulation, broadens the understanding of decision-maker of the responses of climate system to human intervention and the measures that must be taken to address climate change.

C-ROADS is used to rapidly test the policies of countries and assess the actions required to stabilize global temperature below 2°C.
