Climate Risk Platform

The Climate Risk Platform compares the relative performance of several asset classes and portfolios for institutional investors as well as managers and operators.  The platform allows decision-makers and investors to better understand and benchmark portfolio exposure to physical climate risk across multiple scenarios and time frames.

Using the GRESB Portal, assets can be filtered by property type, country, and region to analyze the portfolios' main climate risks.  The real estate portfolios can be compared against peers in the GRESB Benchmark.

The open platform provides thorough and detailed answers to questions about a portfolio's physical climate exposures for managing the risks.
