SHARECITY100

SHARECITY100 Database is a comparative and interactive online map of ICT-enabled urban food sharing enterprises across 100 cities around the world.  It identifies more than 4,000 enterprises where food sharing plays an active and transformative role in advancing urban sustainability.

This database houses information on the initiatives that meet the SHARECITY criteria for ICT-mediated urban food sharing.  The map created from this database is used to locate these sharing activities internationally at the city level.

By focusing explicitly on food sharing activities enabled by information and communications technologies (ICT), is identifying activities within global cities to populate the SHARECITY100 Database.
