Speaking

The sustainable development of of hospitality and the built environment calls for the engagement of all project stakeholders throughout the project and property life cycle (see Program).  The forum is for the involvement and collaboration of all stakeholders who participate in or are impacted by the development and operation of hospitality and real estate projects and the discussion of the latest solutions.

The forum is being organized for project participants, national, regional, and local government authorities as well as civil society to promote and learn about the latest solutions for sustainable hospitality and city development projects.  Its topics range from the project concept, business case, financing, and project development to investing, asset management, operation, and property disposition.

Private-sector stakeholders and their trade organizations can promote their services and solutions and invite their business partners, clients, and colleagues to engage with us in discussion.  The academic community and nonprofit civil society organizations are encouraged to present their research, resources and tools for facilitating the transition towards sustainability.  Public bodies and their representatives are also encouraged to participate.
